Christmas & New Year Shipping Update

All orders placed between 24th December 2025 - 1st January 2026 will be shipped on the 2nd January 2026.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All orders received Friday after 11am through Sunday will be despatched on the next working day (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays).

Domestic Shipping Rates (UK)

All UK deliveries are made using a tracked service.

Rest of World/Europe Shipping Rates and Customs

Due to current changes in customs processing we are unable to guarantee delivery within a specified timescale. Individual country's customs requirements may mean that the customer will be required to pay incoming  duties and or vat and will be contacted directly for payment by their customs department.
