Our Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our customer support team within 30 days from date of purchase to arrange the return in its original, new condition for a full product refund.
Refunds will only be processed once the returned items have been received and its condition assessed. All returns must be authorised by a member of the TwoThumb customer service team prior to a refund or exchange being granted.
Ensure your order number is clearly marked on a note inside the returning package.
Upon receipt of the new uninstalled grip the purchase price & applicable taxes paid per item returned will be refunded.
The refund amount will be applied to the original method of payment.
